Farming with the new Precision Farming DLC on "Flint Hills" by JS Mapping. This map is based on real terrain data from Fairbank, IA. I used a real life hog farm I worked on in Southern MN for inspiration for the farm yard layout.

    It seems like you could add a three point seed/fertilizer tank to the front of your tractor and liquid side tanks to help extend the run time on the 60. Not for sure I’m new to this game I just thought I saw those in the mod hub

    It's weird that Giants doesn't send out an update to make their workers smarter instead of installing RTK stations.

    @Kederk Farms As far as I'm aware the only change is that the default Giants workers overlap their previous passes a little bit (can't remember the exact percentage) and the RTK stations simply remove that overlap meaning your worker is more efficient but still basically a Giants worker that's closer to the efficiency of a courseplay worker that's doing up and down rows.

    I'm not sure if it's doing anything more than reducing the cost but it definitely feels like they turn better on angled rows.

    I found that the DB60 isn't set up for direct planting. The DB 90 is however. Great video as always :)

    I noticed the db60 from the modhub is not capable of direct seeding but the pc only from jhhgs Facebook page is I think it was poly count or something not sure

    Another option is to use the new Sleep Anytime mod from the modhub. I really like the mod because the "you are not tired" message is a thing of the past. You will still have to give the map time to update every day like Kederk said.

    Yeah I fast forward at 2000x speed using Easy Dev Tools and then each day I go back down to 120x or lower for a couple minutes to give the game a chance to catch up. Bigger maps / slower computers require more time. With animals since I have to feed and water them each day anyway it's not such a big deal.
